Customer Faithful is a consumer consultancy using insight to design customer experiences that drive loyalty. On launch they need a new identity reflecting their company ethos and services provided. The result was an approachable, modern identity that retained a degree of corporate refinery and also evoked the concept of loyal, returning customers.
